Services: What Can Brownard Security Do for You?
Armed & Unarmed Security Guards
Brownard Security provides professional armed and unarmed security officers, site supervisors and
field supervisors who are carefully screened and trained. All security officers are required to adhere
to all Federal, State and Local Laws, which apply to the provision of security services. Our security
officers are selected carefully for their experience, basic and advanced security officer skills, and
training as well as their ability to communicate effectively with the
public. We have experience in protecting diverse, multi-site
accounts and offering unique programs to protect the people and
physical assets at these sites. Our staff has extensive security,
customer service and loss prevention experience in managing a
wide range of security operations.
The personnel assigned to each account are carefully selected.
The assigned security guard workforce will either be armed or
unarmed, provide a visible (uniformed) service-oriented security
force, a visible deterrence to criminal activity, a visible resource
for public assistance, a visible resource to observe and report
potentially hazardous conditions, and to properly execute all
established procedures for routine and emergency situations.
All security officers hold a valid Security Officer License and/or Statewide Firearm License and
operate under our State of Tennessee Security License number 11960. Security Officers are
available to perform their services at fixed post, interior foot patrol and exterior roving patrol.
Security officers are assigned to maintain a sense of security and presence at each location are
qualified, trained, professional and appropriately dressed. Personnel assigned are trained to deal
effectively with the public. They are also trained in the specifics of each client’s procedures and
expectations. All security officers will adhere to all Federal, State and Local Laws.
Alarm Response Services
Brownard Security provides alarm response service. If a business or residence lists Brownard
Security as the first emergency contact, Brownard Security will dispatch trained supervision
personnel to a customer’s location upon notification of an alarm. Our fast response will allow us to
determine whether or not a police response is required.
Consulting Services
Brownard Security provides consulting services to address our clients’ security questions and/or
concerns. Brownard Security will consult in the areas of manpower, technology or physical security
needs. Implementation of accepted recommendations will be accomplished through Brownard
Security in conjunction with reliable and reputable contractors.
Vehicle Patrol
Courtesy patrol is an excellent service as a deterrent and to ensure management teams or tenants
are consistent in locking doors, setting alarms etc. Brownard Security patrol officers are in marked
vehicles equipped with everything from radio to spotlights for observation, to cameras to photograph
incidents for insurance purposes. Our team provides written confirmation of duties on a daily basis
to assist our client with insurance and other requirements. We have a fleet of new 2007 Dodge
Charges available at any given time. This ensures that routine maintenance can be performed on the
vehicles without any degradation in service at a client’s location.
